This is our booklet with the stories we worked with along the project.
There are seven fairy tales  - one from each participating country - with activities.
You can also find our Joint Fairy Tale at the end of the booklet.
The images are from the performances that took place in each of the hosting schools.

Final posts: Our song, The Land of Fairy Tales

The song The Land of Fairy Tales was sung in each meeting.  Each verse of the song deals about one of the legends.  The song "grew" during the project as a new chorus was written with each new legend.

Meeting in Overpelt: Our Joint Fairy Tale

Probably the central event of the meeting in Belgium was the performance of our Joint Fairy Tale.  This story had been written by the seven countries in collaboration.  The characters from the different fairy tales travel from one country to another looking for a solution to their problems.  Finally they meet in Belgium where they will find the answer to their problems in the treasure box.
The soundtrack to the performance was our joint song "The Land of Fairy Tales" performed live by teachers and students.

Our joint recipe book

In our joint recipe book we are compilating some recipes from each participating country.
Some of these dishes have been made by the students.  Some have some connection with the local legend...

Meeting in Turkey: The legend and the puzzles

 One of the most important activities on Thursday was the performance of the legend of The Love of Artemis and Orion.  We could also see some of the dances that are performed before a wedding.
The different schools also presented their puzzles with scenes from the Turkish legend.

The Land of Fairy Tales

This is the performance of our song "The Land of Fairy Tales" (in Austria). It deals with the legends we are getting to know in each meeting.

National-Anthem-Mash

National-Anthem-Mash for the Contrallala project - a parallel project involving music. It has been made and edited by Noah Tauche and the Offene Schule Waldau students with the collaboration of the Comenius partners .

Kassel meeting (III): Posters

The different countries brought their posters of the German legend to Kassel.  There the participants presented their work and could appreciate the task made by their colleagues.  You can see the posters in this link

Pécs meeting (V): The treasure box, next stop Kassel

One of the interesting surprises of the meeting was the project Treasure Box made by our Turkish colleagues.  After delivering the German legend - Grimm brothers' Rapunzel - the box has travelled to Kassel - our next stop.  More pictures about it in this link.

Pécs meeting (III): Comics

The different countries brought their comic versions of the Hungarian legend.  Everybody did a great job as you can see in this comic gallery.
